Two embodied practices daily — morning and evening
→ One reflective workshop each full day

→ Optional 30-minute integration conversation one month after completion
→ Access to the Casa de Alegría reading shelf for personal study
Practices may take place within the studio or within the surrounding natural landscape.
The structure remains consistent. The location within that structure may adapt to weather conditions, participant readiness, and the natural rhythm of the immersion.
At certain times, the immersion may include opportunities to explore practice in natural environments beyond the studio.
These occasional experiential sessions allow participants to encounter movement, balance, and awareness within water and outdoor settings.
Examples may include:
→ Aqua Yoga — gentle movement practice in water, exploring buoyancy, breath, and fluidity
→ Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga — balancing and moving with awareness on water in a natural setting
→ Aqua Aerobics — light water-based movement supporting mobility and joint ease
→ Mountain Yoga – Gentle movement or stillness in nature
These sessions are optional and offered when conditions and group readiness support the experience.
