About this Retreat
I help people cultivate a stronger sense of self, repair relational wounds, and feel more present and alive in their lives. My work is grounded in somatic therapy and nervous system regulation, supported by breath, movement, and ceremony.
I developed The Boulter Method as a structured framework to deep repatterning and embodied change. This work is offered through private sessions, immersive retreats, and practitioner training.

Costa Rica • Hybrid + Retreat Immersion
This hybrid pathway weaves supportive online learning before and after the retreat with an immersive in-person training experience in Costa Rica. Together, these components support preparation, embodied practice, integration, and certification.

Phase 1 • Pre-Retreat Online PreparationFoundational teachings, personal breath practice, and preparatory integration work.

Phase 2 • Costa Rica Retreat ImmersionAn immersive in-person training experience weaving practice, facilitation, embodiment, and group process.
