With over 20 years of experience in deep detox work, Malcolm has lived this healing journey firsthand — travelling the world as an airline pilot in search of the most effective healers and protocols. Along the way, he uncovered:

A unique Detox and Fasting Retreat on the Swedish West Coast Archipelago to align your internal compass.
This 10-Day Detox Retreat and accompanying Fast is a great way of allowing you to detox, whilst allowing your body’s intelligence to direct its energy into cleaning the Body Temple, rather than digesting and assimilating food.

We view each participant as unique. The Retreat addresses the uniqueness of each person through a 1-1 Zoom meeting, upon signup. The Retreat is then tailor-made for you, based upon where you are at.
Participants are guided through a 30-Day Pre-Cleanse prior to arrival, to clean up the five organs of elimination, prior to Fasting, so as to get the most from the Fast.
We encourage participants to join in and participate in the pre-cleanse and comprehensive Herbal Parasite Cleanses, prior to arriving, and then continue keeping this practice during the Fast. This covers both basic and advanced Parasite Cleanses, with a focus on the mighty lymphatic system, and its hidden role in vibrant wellness.

Morning meditation starts at 08h00.
Daily morning yoga class at 09:00 and afternoon yoga class at 15h00 (Day 2).
Juices are served hourly from 08:00 until 18:00.
Evenings are opportunities to relax, read, watch videos and generally recharge.
Lectures or topical videos are held in the evenings (optional).
Thai Massage is available on a daily basis.
Daily morning yoga class at 09:00 and afternoon yoga class at 15h00 (Day 2).

We are located on the beautiful West Coast Archipelago of Sweden, near the fishing villages of Fiskebackskil and Lyskil. Our 60-acre property, dating back to 1670, is surrounded by pristine forest and low granite hills. Sitting only 3km from the Atlantic, the property is bathed in the fresh ocean air. The natural beauty of our farm offers a place of tranquility and stillness as you go within. Free of EMF pollution.
We are a 75 minute car drive from Gothenburg Airport. (90 minutes by public bus).
How to get there (flights, airport transfers, buses, trains):
Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport (GOT) is our closest international airport that can be easily reached via Stockholm-Arlanda Airport (ARN), Amsterdam (AMS) and Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL). We provide return airport transfers to/from Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport for €160.00.
You could also fly to Stockholm-Arlanda Airport (ARN), Amsterdam Airport (AMS) or Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL). We do not provide airport transfers from Amsterdam Airport and Oslo Airport. Guests are responsible for their own airport transfers.
Arrival by bus:
Hourly public bus service is available from GOT to our location, which is a 90 minute bus ride. 841 Bus from Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport (GOT) via Gothenburg Central Station. Cost is approximately 250 SEK.
