Bianca brings over 20 years of experience in corporate consultancy into her work as a healer and transformational guide. After a successful career in IT and value engineering, she discovered that professional achievement alone could not resolve the depression, insomnia, and chronic pain she carried. This realization led her on a profound journey of healing and self-discovery. Her path began with plant medicine, where she experienced firsthand the shift from victimhood to self-empowerment. Combined with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), coaching, and trauma-informed approaches, Bianca dismantled limiting beliefs and released long-held emotional patterns. Today, she blends this lived transformation with science-based practices to support others on their own journeys of healing and growth. As the founder of Vine of the Soul Retreats, Bianca integrates psychology, hypnotherapy, and psychedelic-assisted work into holistic programs designed to reconnect individuals with meaning, resilience, and joy. Rosa

Researcher, PhD chemist turned Coach & Psychedelic-Informed Practitioner - bridges science and spirit with depth psychology, somatics, and breathwork. Rosa brings a rare blend of scientific rigor and compassionate presence to her work. With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry – Biological & Medicinal Chemistry (Cum Laude) and postdoctoral research in antimicrobial peptides and the microbiome, she has spent over a decade exploring the intersections of biology, health, and transformation. Her journey led her to expand beyond the lab into the healing arts. Rosa is a certified Psychedelic-Informed Practitioner and transformational guide, trained through the year-long VITAL Program in Integrative Psychedelic Studies. She has studied depth psychology, somatics, trauma, regenerative leadership, and psychedelic harm reduction, and completed plant medicine initiations at the Blue Morpho Academy with Maestro Hamilton Souther. As a Soma Breathwork Instructor and Transformational Nutrition Coach, Rosa bridges science and spirit to support deep healing, integration, and conscious evolution. Guests consistently describe Rosa as gentle yet strong, someone who makes them feel safe, cared for, and able to surrender into their own process. She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Kristina

Curative Educator specialized in Psychoanalytic approaches, Facilitator & Belief Coding® Practitioner - creates safe space to uncover limiting beliefs and cultivate compassion and empowerment. Kristina has been drawn to psychology and spirituality since her youth, a curiosity that shaped both her professional path and personal healing journey. With over 12 years of experience as a special-educational-needs teacher in Germany and a degree in Education Science and Psychoanalytic Pedagogy, she developed a deep understanding of human behavior and the challenges of supporting those with special needs. Her turning point came through plant medicine, where she experienced a profound shift in her being that inspired her to dedicate herself fully to transformative work. Today, Kristina is a certified Belief Coding® Facilitator, guiding individuals to release limiting beliefs and rewrite the subconscious patterns that hold us back. She also holds certifications in Ho’oponopono, and Yin Yoga. Guests consistently highlight Kristina’s kindness, insight, and grounding presence. She helps people feel safe quickly and creates an atmosphere where vulnerability feels possible. Fluent in German and English, and conversational in russian.

Riccardo

Facilitator, Chef & Caretaker - brings grounded warmth and multi-lingual care, nurturing the soul and the body. Riccardo has spent more than a decade immersed in psychedelics and plant medicine, a path that inspired him to support others in their own journeys of healing and growth. He is known for his calm, grounded warmth and his ability to create non-judgmental spaces, where people feel deeply cared for. At Vine of the Soul, Riccardo facilitates Kambo and other medicines, ensures the retreat space runs smoothly, and nourishes guests with lovingly prepared meals. He bridges cultures with empathy and authenticity. Whether guiding a ceremony or preparing a meal, his presence brings stability and heart to the retreat experience. Riccardo speaks English, Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Healing means becoming whole again. Using Psychedelics Assisted Therapy methods, we help you understand yourself and overcome any conditioning and limiting beliefs. This way you can become the best version of yourself once again.

Healing is happening from the inside out.

The body and the psyche have the natural ability to heal, they just need the right environment. In our retreats we are providing that safe space and all the tools for you to heal, to find yourself, to find your deepest level of empowerment. From psychedelics assisted therapy with magic mushrooms to yoga, meditation, hypnosis, energy healing, art therapy and plant medicine, we offer a combination of tools that is unique in Europe. We, in our healing journey, have used these tools and are very experienced with them. The combination of these tools, will make your transformation comfortable, profound and easy.

There are many Ayahuasca retreats available. Our main differentiator is our focus on preparation and integration. Starting with the introduction call, we will make sure that you know what to expect. Using elements of Rapid Transformational Therapy and psychoanalysis, we help you understand yourself. In our sharing circles and in the 1 to 1 conversations, we will help you make sense of what you have experienced. However the real work starts after the retreat, when you will integrate the teachings from your journeys into your day to day life. This is why a part of our offering is focused on post-retreat integration.

We will also work with you to find out whether the right medicine for you would be Ayahuasca, Magic Mushrooms (psylocibin) or San Pedro. (Kambo is available too). A combination of these sacred tools is also possible. Whether it will be Magic Mushrooms, Ayahuasca, San Pedro or Kambo your safety comes first.

And the best part: you can combine your inner empowerment journey with a vacation in the sunny Algarve, Portugal!

I can’t say enough good things about Rosa! She has this incredible ability to touch the pain and help heal it energetically

Throughout my time at the retreat, she was always there, guiding me with patience and understanding

Rosa would light a candle for me, letting me hold it while explaining everything, which really helped me see the way forward
Even when I was being stubborn and a bit of a rock head, she remained by my side, calming me down and providing the support I needed

WOW - what an amazing experience

I was welcomed by a hug, something that has never happened to me. Rosa and Bianca, now my sister/mother/family, after just a few days, have touched my soul. The experience, I do not feel, would have been as magical without their help.

I was taken care of, experienced the ultimate gift of life, in a safe and comfortable setting. The people there were also brilliant but what truly makes this a warm, loving place are the care and attention given to you to make this as safe as possible. They went through thorough testing to ensure suitability and despite my various flaws, ensured I could optimise the days I was there.

I recently had the best day of my life and I can only thank them, and the Mother, for opening my eyes to see whats real. What is beautiful.

I’ve seen green and red whisps of strand across the air, light inside the soul, beating and providing bliss, peace and love. I’ve seen the ground move like snakes and the ceiling flow like water. At the same time coming to a realisation, listening to the women singing and beating drums, that the world is magic. They helped me understand what I needed to, I have come home a reformed person. I truly see what is infront of me and it wasn't just the vine of the soul that did this, it was the combination which ultimately lead to a lifechanging experience. I am currently looking for the next dates I can return. 2-3 days was perfect. Hot showers, comfortable beds, and beautiful background and animals really enhightened the experience.

Ladies, if you are reading this, than you for such an enriching and soul ignighting time. Words cannot express the gratitute, and love I have for you. The last night was the best night I have ever expereinced in my life. I finally saw, I finally understood, things I could never grasp my head around or feel in a decade.
