Lisa LeCuyer Kofakis is a Master Herbalist and Certified Mindful Health & Wellness Coach who helps women reconnect with the wisdom of plants and the deep intelligence of their own bodies. Her work blends herbalism, mindfulness, and intentional self-care into accessible practices for modern life—rooted in integrity, service, and soul.
Lisa’s journey began with her own search for healing after health concerns from toxic exposure during her time as a U.S. Marine. When conventional medicine fell short, she turned to plant medicine—and never looked back. At 50, after three decades as a professional Tattoo Artist, she answered the call to become a healer and enrolled at the Midwest School of Herbal Studies.
Since earning her Master Herbalist Diploma, Lisa has trained in Earth Spirit Medicine™ Shamanic Practice and became a Certified Mindful Health & Wellness Coach. She now offers holistic support that weaves herbal tools, movement, and nourishing rituals into everyday life—empowering her clients to feel balanced, supported, and deeply connected.
Whether she’s leading a forest meditation or teaching about backyard plant allies, Lisa brings grounded wisdom, care, and reverence for the Earth into everything she does. Her presence is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and return to what matters most.

Reset your nervous system. Reconnect with your body. Remember the Earth’s wisdom.
Four days of sacred rest, herbal wisdom, and the support you've been craving.
Claim a few days for yourself — you’ve earned it. The Sacred Rhythm Retreat is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what really matters. Nestled in a peaceful forest sanctuary for women, this three-night retreat offers space to reset your nervous system, move your body with intention, and remember how good it feels to be fully present.
Alongside daily yoga and time in nature, you’ll learn simple, powerful ways to care for yourself using plant medicine — from calming teas to immune-boosting tinctures and grounding rituals you can take home. If you’ve been craving rest, clarity, and more natural ways to support your energy and well-being, this is for you. Come as you are, and leave with renewed vitality, deeper connection, and a circle of women walking the same path.
This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and come back to what’s real.
For four days, you’ll be held in a forest sanctuary designed for women who are done overriding their bodies and ready to root into something deeper.
Through daily yoga, hands-on herbalism, sacred rest, and shared ritual, you’ll reclaim your rhythm and remember your connection — to the Earth, to your breath, to your worth.
This isn’t just a yoga retreat. It’s a remembrance of your body’s wild intelligence — guided by movement, plants, and sisterhood.
It’s a return. To your nervous system. To your center. To your self.
This is your opportunity to:
• Sleep deeply, breathe fully, move with ease
• Learn herbal wellness to support everyday vitality
• Re-ground in ritual, circle, and nature
• Join a sisterhood of like-hearted women
No yoga or herbalism experience required — just a willingness to say yes to yourself.
Rooms are limited and filling now. Reserve your space while you can.
You wake slowly in your tipi, the soft sounds of the forest greeting you before the day begins. The light is golden. The air smells of cedar and earth.
You wrap yourself in a shawl, step barefoot into the morning light, and make your way to the yoga platform under the trees. Your body moves gently, guided by breath. You feel yourself return — not as something to fix, but something to feel.
Later, you gather in the shade of a giant maple tree, hands wrapped around a warm mug of tea you blended yourself from herbs picked just hours earlier. You laugh easily. You exhale often.
You walk the forest trails in silence, learning from the plants.
You soak under the stars.
You remember what real rest feels like.
And you realize: this is what you’ve been craving — not just a break, but a return.
This isn’t just a vision. It’s what’s waiting for you in the forest.
