Morning Practices
Mornings begin with energizing vinyasa flows in the warmth of the yoga barn or on the outdoor platform with the mountains just beyond. These sessions are designed to wake up your body, clear your mind, and stoke your inner vitality—a full-body yes to the day ahead.

Nature Immersion
Late mornings and early afternoons bring guided hikes through the changing leaves and quiet trails of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Whether you’re standing beneath a waterfall or resting beside the creek, nature becomes your co-guide—offering grounding, clarity, and perspective.

Slow Evenings
As the sun dips behind the trees, we ease into restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing sessions—offering deep rest for your nervous system and space to integrate the day’s insights. These practices invite you to fully settle, soften, and return to yourself.

Breath + Stillness
Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience gentle breathwork, mindful meditation, and grounding rituals designed to regulate, restore, and realign. No pressure. Just permission to be fully present.

Nourishment + Connection
