Details of this retreat

We welcome Dana Hancock and Melody Hopkins of Sebastopol to offer a nourishing self-care retreat that will leave you relaxed and renewed!

As winter moves into spring, we seek space to reset. What can blossom from introspection and self-exploration? What is our intention for this new cycle?  Taking this time will help us nurture our spiritual growth and clarity.

This Spring retreat combines the vitality and fluidity of vinyasa yoga with the quieter practices of massage, yin & restorative yoga, and sound healing to invite overall wellness and vitality.  You will experience the balance of strong, soft, and quiet through practice, discussion, and relaxation, getting deeply nourished in body, mind, and spirit.

This weekend includes:

Daily dynamic and energizing Vinyasa yoga paired with restorative yoga in the evenings
Dharma and spiritual insights to inspire practice and integrate into everyday life
Specialized lymphatic facials and fascial release massage treatments offered (at an additional cost) by Melody Hopkins using organic oils and fresh, local skincare products
Delicious all vegetarian cuisine
Relaxing in the natural beauty of Ratna Ling among the redwoods

*If you'd like to book a massage or facial at an additional cost, please call or text Melody Hopkins at 707-787-8076.

Land of peace, solitude and deep beauty
I have stayed at Ratna Ling at least 7~8 times over the years and am never disappointed. The accommodations on this sacred land are only the beginning. Redwood trees, abundance of animals (including 2 sweet Tibetan ponies) and birdlife surround the curated natural grounds, but it is the peacefulness of being perched amongst the wheat colored hills that holds me. The dark sky nights are a sanctuary that radiates solitude, and with that the depth of beauty is complete...
The food at Ratna Ling really is the very best of all of the numerous retreat centers I've experienced over 35 yrs. Simple, healthy AND amazingly delicious!! The staff is kind, helpful and available. There is so much more to be said about Ratna Ling, but I'd say~go check it out for yourself!!!!

amazing place and beautiful retreat
Both the setting and the program were great. Stacy was a very good guiding the retreat. Ratna Ling is amazing. Perhaps the only missing thing was more information regarding the type and level of yoga that was going to be shared during the retreat

What a hidden gem!
I had no idea this place existed. I feel so very fortunate to have come across the yoga and meditation retreat that I attended. The accommodations were well above my expectations. The grounds and common areas highly impressive and peaceful and calm and the staff and amenities and meals were amazing. I will definitely be looking for more retreat and volunteer opportunities.
