About me ….
🤍 Teacher Soledad Guerra, born in Spain, has been working in body health and movement biomechanics for over 15 years. A fitness instructor and certified Yoga and Aeroyoga teacher, she worked for eight years at the head of her own aerofitness center in the city of Tarifa, in the south of Spain. However, she decided to put her business career aside to continue her training in India, a country to which she traveled learning yoga, adjustments and alignments, with the best yoga teachers who also led her to immerse herself in Ayurvedic therapies and medicine from the best gurus in India.
The intense light and inner strength of Teacher Soledad (Inirama) guide her on the path of helping others heal and improve their quality of life. Her devotion to helping others and her love for studying, understanding and healing the body and mind and the human body, its traumas, fears, addictions and the reflection in the physical body and its movement are the reasons for her continuous training in different corners of the world, learning about different alternative therapies and ancestral medicines with renowned teachers and shamans in South America.
Teacher Soledad has dedicated her vocation to studying the functioning of the human body, its different diseases and blockages and intervening in its healing process as a qualified and experienced professional, both in sports and yoga as well as in Ayurvedic yoga therapies and ancestral medicines.
Soledad, as tradition dictates, has been baptized and blessed by her teachers with the name of 'Inirama', which means 'good-smelling medicine' and has carried out and continuously carries out various 'vegetable diets or initiation diets' with the Shipibo tribe, living with them in their community, in the Peruvian jungle on the banks of the Ucayali River.
Her first teachers are members of a family that has worked with ancestral medicine for many generations and her most significant teachers have been Cesar Maynas and his wife Fidelia, together with the family's grandparents: Felipe and Manuel. Also teacher Rode and other teachers in the area have trained, prepared and guided Inirama (Soledad) along the path of ancestral medicine. Currently, her Master is William, a pure plant, traditional master and toetero (master of Toe) who lives in the jungle in the Native community of Amaquiria, from whom she has obtained a lot of knowledge about the Toe, Ayahuma, Machinga, Noya Rao, Plata de la vida, Ayahuasca, Bobinsana, piñon Colorao, etc. advanced diets in isolation that she has carried out in a traditional and very strict way in order to be empowered by the plants, without any contact with the outside, telephone, without electricity and even without running water to wash, having to use the river for it.
According to tradition, to become a teacher one must have a strong ego and a significant capacity for suggestion, which requires rigorous preparation that is achieved through deprivation for periods of time, fasting, and eating only plant-based foods, a little rice and sometimes boiled fish and ripe plantain, with hardly any fruit, sugar or salt, and sexual abstinence, giving up soap and even detergent and fabric softeners.
Inirama (Soledad) has successfully overcome this process under the supervision and care of her Shipibo family in Peru and with this she has developed and become a mature person, with protective, secure and supportive attitudes, who exercises a strong interaction with the people who seek her and require her help and intervention. Inirama is a humble and honest teacher who works medicine with much love and respect. The diets, the spirits of the plants and the mother ayahuasca have blessed her with beautiful and sweet Ikaros that she sings in Shipibo, the Ikaros are the medicinal canaries that help the medicine to heal and do its work. She develops the process by creating an emotional bond with the patients that favors its therapeutic action and generating at all times an authentic movement towards the individual, who is treated as a human being.
In her experiences in the different areas of the Peruvian jungle she also had the pleasure of living with and learning from the Matses tribe, to work with Kambo medicine, the powerful medicine of the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog, a tree frog that lives in certain parts of the Amazon jungle.
She has also lived in Mexico, sharing and learning about Toad Medicine, Bufo Alvarius, Tepezcohuite, changa (the medicine of love) and other entheogenic medicines of the place with experienced and loving taitas of the area.
She works with Bufo alvarius, offering the magic that this medicine has for the healing process and evolution of the human being. She only works in private ceremonies because she believes that everyone needs the necessary attention and time, as well as personalized therapies, to have a beautiful experience with this powerful medicine full of light, which gives us the opportunity to be reborn and reset our brain to free ourselves from what we are not and get closer and closer to being full beings full of love and light 💫
She produces and extracts some of her medicines from love and respect.
For her, monitoring and helping in the integration of medicine is of vital importance, that is why she closely follows her patients for as long as necessary and treats each one of them in a very personal way.
