Details of this retreat

Aging is not an ending—it’s an awakening. When the world expects you to shrink, what if you rose up wiser, bolder, and radiant with hidden power? This retreat is a call to every woman standing at the threshold of elderhood: lay down old stories of loss and invisibility, and embrace the sacred adventure of becoming wholly, fiercely, gloriously yourself.

Have you been shocked by the reflection of your own body in the mirror?
Do you wonder where your vitality went?
Are you having difficulty accepting the physical, mental, and societal aspects of aging?
Are you afraid of becoming invisible?

YOU ARE NOT ALONE AND YOU ARE NOT MEANT TO FADE AWAY!

This retreat is a sacred invitation to honor your transition into elderhood not as loss but as a spiritual initiation. Together we will examine and release our own negative thoughts and beliefs about aging and focus, instead, on the gifts of wisdom, power, and freedom that come with this profound stage of life.  Through guided inquiry, journal writing, ritual, and song you will be supported in:

REFLECTING on the roles, narratives, and attachments that no longer serve you.
RELEASING the burdens of expectations.
RECLAIMING your inner wisdom and your sacred connection with the Divine.
RISING into your true identity as Wise Woman with courage, clarity, and joy.

If we are fortunate, we age. But how we age is a choice. This is your chance to step boldly into the fullness of this season of life, surrounded by women walking the same sacred path.

Excellent program. Brother Dom’s presentation was timely, clearly articulated, and inspiring. I have attended previous programs by him, and he never disappoints.
I have one suggestion for Genesis. There was some confusion about the agenda, in terms of times of the sessions as well as when the actual sessions began and ended. It would be helpful if an agenda could be sent out the day before the program begins. As commuters, it was a bit challenging to make sure we knew exactly when we needed to be there and for how long.
That said, as always, the staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

This workshop had outstanding researched material. The presenter was very knowlegable.

I was overwhelmed by so much input with no processing time permitted. I wished the presenter could present his points in everyday language.

The topic was very relevant and well presented. There were opportunities for questions and comments. It provided thoughtful information to bring home to continue to digest, absorb and live from.
