A unique getaway that combines relaxation with rejuvenating exercise and delicious, healthy food. Having flexible enrollment, we don't run retreats on set dates. Instead, you choose your own arrival date. We have guests that join us for a single night and others that stay for 4 weeks and even more. Join our daily yoga and HIIT sessions or relax by the pool. Play a game of tennis or go on a hike in the Tuscan woods. Book excursions, practice yoga, exercise, eat well and relax.

Amazing!
A paradise for yogis
I had a wonderful time at Tuscan Fitness and met some amazing people. The yoga instructors are all so nice, and the yoga classes were great! The fitness classes and hikes were also excellent! The location is absolutely beautiful! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it.
Wonderful retreat in the hills of Tuscany
It was great to be active all morning, starting with yoga followed by breakfast and a hike through the surrounding hills. The afternoons were free to relax and the evening yoga was followed by fun activities like wine tasting and a cocktail evening. There is also horse riding and massages on offer, an added bonus!
The rooms are simple and spacious with an amazing view of the valley and the food is delicious. Would love to come back!
Elske and Olaf are two of our amazing teachers, with years of experience teaching and understanding bodies. They are both massage therapists as well as teachers giving them a deeper understanding of the human body which allows for a practice that enables comfort and growth.
