My name is Trish. I am a multi dimensional energy healing therapist, I teach Shamanic Kundalini Yoga and Reiki and I lead healing retreats and programmes around the world.
I have been practising the healing arts for over 20 years and teaching Kundalini Yoga and hosting retreats since 2013.
Healing is absolutely my main focus and I work with an open heart to facilitate helping people embrace life and move further along their own path to HEALING, to happiness, to harmony, joy and love and to living a more full life IN THEIR POWER.
I love Kundalini Yoga I teach SHAMANIC KUNDALINI YOGA which is Kundalini Yoga through the lens of Shamanism. I have been a shamanic practitioner for almost 15 years and i work with the elements, with the natural forces of nature and essentially THE ENERGY.
I am trained in the Kundalini Global way of teaching which is a radically inclusive approach, teaching without dogma, teaching in a way that is informed regarding WHAT is actually happening whilst practicing but also always working with the mystery and the energy that is coming through.
I truly believe that these practices are one of the greatest blessings we have, as human beings, at this time. Kundalini Yoga transforms and really helps us to connect to ourselves, the world we live in and the quantum field of endless possibilities.
We can move through blocks quickly and we can be OUR OWN HEALER.
I work with the sacred vibration of the gong to bring about release, healing and moving energetic blocks and incorporate the gong into a lot of my healing modalities.
I love to share the retreat experience and it is an honour to hold this space where people can really MEET THEMSELVES.
In 2022 I will be presenting retreats in Ireland and Menorca with a Guatemala date to be added for November.
In recent years I also work more online, for obvious reasons and Im loving life without borders! Theres lots of complimentary content in my online clubhouse.

Back to Life is a shamanic journey of return.
A chance to step out of the noise and come back into relationship with the body, the breath, the earth and the deeper intelligence that exists underneath all the thinking and doing.
Through Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, healing, ceremony, nervous-system work, movement, deep rest and time immersed in nature, we create space for the whole system to settle and for our own natural rhythm to become audible again.
Not by forcing change.
Not by trying to become someone new.
But by creating the conditions in which we can hear ourselves again.
To notice what has become depleted.
What has become stuck.
What we may have outgrown.
What we are ready to release.
And, importantly, what still has the power to light us up.

Accommodation
The accommodation on offer will be both solo or shared rooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Sa Tortuga Suite
An independent suite with a double bedroom and living room as well as a private terrace - a tranquil retreat for a longer lingering, gently wrapped in stillness.
El Milano Suite
Located on the 2nd floor of the main house, El Milano has plenty of light, a private terrace overlooking green Menorcan fields and direct access to the pool
El Cavall Suite
As an independent suite, El Cavall is the perfect nest for relaxation. With a cozy fireplace and a private terrace, it provides all you need to feel unhurried and surrounded by calm.
Es Porcs Suite
A renovated 19th century pig house, this suite is an independent charming suite with a private shaded terrace.
El Dragó Suite
This suite is inspired by the Menorcan countryside - a double bedroom with thick stone walls that keep it naturally cool through the summer months.
Sa Ovella Suite
Fresh and bright, this suite features high ceilings and thick walls - a room where air and light flow freely, inviting rest.
Es Pop Suite - Room 1
A private enclave with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There is a terrace nestled above a fruit-tree garden - a tranquil space made for gathering and slowing down.
This room option comes with a double bed so is perfect for those wanting a solo space.
Es Pop Suite - Room 2 Sharing
A private enclave with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. We will reside in this incredibly beautiful new location in Menorca. It has taken some time to find this gorgeous and charming venue and there is no more beautiful a time to experience this than May, my favourite month on the island when the land bursts alive with wildflowers, the air hums with gentle warmth and everything is in bloom, yet the island feels unhurried and so peaceful. It’s as if the Earth herself is exhaling and inviting us to do the same.
