Yoga, Meditation and Breath - Awakened Breath, Embodied Grace
A nature-aligned retreat of yoga, breathwork, and presence. Attune your body, spirit, and breath to the healing rhythms of the Earth.
This weekend program at Indralaya will offer a nourishing blend of gentle yoga, Earth-based meditation and mindful breathwork designed to support the body, spirit, and mind.
No experience needed, just a willing heart. Movement will be adaptable to all. Rooted in heart-centered awareness and attuned to nature’s rhythms, each day will include flowing movement practices, restorative evening sessions, and sound healing with deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra. Participants will be invited to move with gratitude, breathe with intention, and align with the radiant spirit of Indralaya’s sacred land.
Schedule:
Arrive Thursday night for dinner (6 pm). After dinner, first session: yoga nidra healing guided meditation. Friday-Saturday: 2 nourishing daytime sessions each day, and evening sound baths with restorative movement and yoga nidra sessions.
Optional morning meditation sessions, and supplemental teaching sessions on mudras and mantras to support health and wellbeing
Program ends after breakfast Sunday morning.

Wow, another amazing November work party with seasonally better temperatures and sunny weather. Some of us worked in the garden, on the new bath house, and organizing the tool shed. Can't wait until the next work party.

Magical weekend in community
This place and community is so special to us. This was our second year here for the Harvest Work Party and we are hoping to join for Family Camp soon! Our kids (5 and 7) thrive here- they love being included and they love their relative freedom to roam the meadow and trails! My 7 year old even commented on how he feels like the adults at Indralaya are interested in him in a way most adults aren't. Having access to the beautiful coastline for kayaking and walking the trails is so special. And the food is delicious!!! I never imagined that I wouldn't even miss meat.

The best place for a work party
Gotta love a good work party where we all get things done for the good of each other and the camp.

Harvest Work Party
A good experience; kudos to the Board members for pulling it off so seamlessly....I would have liked for there to have been a talent show, with all that musical talent around.
