THE FOUR PILLARS OF OUR PROGRAM
We focus on a holistic approach based on the 4 Pillars of wellbeing: Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and Physical. The integration of the 4 Pillars creates a whole and complete experience for the mind, body, and spirit. By investigating each pillar through embodied practices, guests experience empowerment and dynamic growth in one week’s time.

Emotional
Spiritual
The unlimited source that connects us to something bigger than ourselves is our first pillar. Meditation and stillness offer refreshment to the spirit.

Emotional
By ensuring an emotional connection with others, we dive into direct exposure and choice. We explore core beliefs and uncover what may be holding you back.

Mental
Stay sharp and vibrant through life. You’ll learn about the health habits that affect memory, the relationship between diet and brain function and effective relaxation. Deep understanding of listening creates the possibility for clear space in the midst of challenge.

Physical
To live an energetic, pain free and healthy life, Red House Wellness starts with a wellness assessment followed by yoga, intermittent fasting, rebounding and intuitive eating to allow guests to develop a variety of physically, healthy habits during the program.

Schedule

MORNING PROGRAM (7:30 AM - 1 PM)

Wake up with Tibetan Chimes
Intermittent fasting to cleanse, energize and heal body
Red House Wellness Ritual: Set yourself up with purpose, passion and plan: breathing, meditation, laughter, gratitude and visualization
Yoga: Power, Aerial, Restorative
Morning workshop: passion, confidence, liming beliefs, living your best life and how to be happy in the moment
Energizing plant-based lunch

AFTERNOON PROGRAM (2 PM - 9 PM)

Outdoor activity: hike, walk, historical sight-seeing, paddle boarding, connection with wild horses
Group discussions, life coaching, health and fitness tools
Self care: jacuzzi, sauna, workout, Spiritual Guidance, reading and relaxing
Healthy plant-based dinner
Evening workshop: breath work, sound bath, Power of 3s, empowering habits and fun activities

Directions

Red House Wellness is located in Park City, Utah, a short 40-minute ride from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). SLC provides non-stop service to all major US metro cities and various international destinations. We can arrange for a private car-service from SLC, however most guests prefer the convenience of ride-sharing services to arrive at Park City. There is no need to rent a car, as all activities, and downtown Park City are within walking distance.

Red House Wellness offers 3 types of accommodation: Shared Room & Bathroom, Private Room & Shared Bathroom or Private Room & Private Bathroom MT. SUPERIOR: Shared room & bathroom Mt. Superior has two double beds with an en-suite bathroom. With a gorgeous view of Park City Mountain and a private deck, Mt. Superior is the perfect room if you are traveling with a friend or seeking to meet a new one! Mt. Superior features vaulted ceilings, a seating area, a walk-in closet and double sinks in the bathroom. MT. SUNRISE: Private Room & shared bathroom Mt. Sunrise is located on the top floor of the house and features a gorgeous view of Deer Valley and a queen size bed. Includes vaulted ceilings, ample closet space and a shared bathroom. TWIN PEAKS: Private Room & shared bathroom Twin Peaks is located on the top floor of the house and includes a king size bed. With ample closet space and view of the mountain, Twin Peaks offers a cozy stay with a shared bathroom. MT. JUPITER: Private Room & shared bathroom Mt. Jupiter is located on the main floor of the house & includes a king size bed. Features a walk-in closet & close proximity to the Jacuzzi and Sauna. It also has a lovely view of the mountain with a shared bathroom. MT. SOLITUDE: Private room & bathroom Mt. Solitude is our luxury private suite with a private en-suite bathroom. Located on the bottom floor of the house, Mt. Solitude offers guests the perfect room for relaxing, meditation and journaling. Includes a seating area with a queen size bed.

A typical week at Red House Wellness begins with arrival on Sunday afternoon and departure by midday the following Saturday. The intimate setting provides five private bedrooms. Each weeklong program will have fewer than ten participants.

A week at Red House Wellness offers a perfect balance of feminine and masculine, strong and soft. You’ll discover that “I can” is the best way to begin each day.
