About this Retreat
Kathy Headlee
Knowing Love Works© Empowered Life Services: Coaching, Consulting, Meditation & Trauma Healing
Kathy Headlee is a dynamic spiritual thought leader, compassion activist, public speaker, life coach, meditation and breathwork teacher and trauma healing practitioner.
To fulfill her aspiration to serve the most vulnerable, and help them find freedom from suffering, Kathy founded Mothers Without Borders in 1989. An international nonprofit that serves and supports women and children in developing countries and gives voice to the power of love. In over three decades of work in some of the world’s most difficult environments, Kathy saw firsthand how trauma, violence and hardship can separate us from our natural ability to see ourselves and others authentically and with compassion, and create lives of purpose.
She created programs and curriculum that have been used around the world to empower us to discover our most authentic selves, discover and access our Soul Values to guide our lives and use wisdom and compassion to address trauma, conditioning and spiritual blocks.
Kathy’s teachings are a weaving together of story and experience and the principles of socially engaged Buddhism, meditation, compassion and awareness. Blending wisdom teachings, guided breathwork, meditation, and discussion she has led thousands of individuals, from all walks of life on an integrative path to living in awake, embodied. joyful connection.
