Day 1:
- Arrival and check-in:
Participant/s arrive at the retreat center and are welcomed by the facilitators. They settle into their accommodations and have time to get acquainted with the surroundings.
- Orientation and safety guidelines:
The facilitators provide an orientation session, explaining the purpose of the retreat, the importance of set and setting and safety guidelines for working with psilocybin.
- Intention setting session:
Participant/s gather with the facilitators to share their intentions for the psilocybin journey. They have the opportunity to reflect on their personal goals and desires for the experience. We will microdose Psilocybin to prepare you for the Psilocybin experience the following day
- Brunch and free time to enjoy and relax at the Equantum retreat centre.
- Preparation workshop:
A workshop is conducted to prepare participants for the journey. This may include breathwork exercises, mindfulness techniques and guidance on navigating challenging emotions that may arise during the psilocybin experience.
- Early Dinner:
A light and nourishing dinner is served to provide participants with sustenance before the journey.
- Psilocybin journey:
Participants consume a predetermined amount of psilocybin under the supervision of our trained facilitators during the whole session. They are encouraged to lie down in a comfortable space and are supported throughout the experience.
- Integration session:
After the psilocybin journey, participant/s gather together for an integration session with the facilitators. You have the opportunity to share and process your experience in a safe and supportive environment.
- Free time for rest and relaxation:
Participants have time to rest, reflect, and relax before retiring for the night.
Day 2:
- Morning meditation:
Participant/s start the day with a guided meditation session to ground themselves and set a positive tone for the day.
- Breakfast: A light and nutritious breakfast is served to replenish participants' energy.
- Integration workshops:
Workshops are conducted to provide participants with tools and practices for integrating their psilocybin experiences into their daily lives. This may include journaling exercises and reflection activities.
- Closing ceremony:
The retreat concludes with a closing ceremony, where participant/s come together with the facilitators to set future intentions.
- Departure: Participan/s check-out and depart from the retreat center, carrying with them their experiences and newfound insights.
