If you are joining us at The Croft for the first time, or need a little refresher, here are a few tips & tricks to ensure your journey & arrival is smooth & safe.

Closest Airports; London Luton & London Gatwick & London Heathrow.

Our local train-stations are located under 15mins from the retreat space. Hemel Hempstead & Berkhamsted & Harpenden.

Hemel Hempstead is a 45mins train ride into London Euston Station & Harpenden trainline has a direct route to Gatwick Airport.

Be sure to enter our full name, "The Croft Farm, Great Gaddesden" into Google Maps/navigation system, alternatively our full address is;

Do not use our postcode, as this sometimes take's you too far and you will end up at our neighbours.

Upon arrival you'll see a small wooden sign with "The Croft" opposite a layby, this is our only entrance by car.

Once turning in from the main road, veer left, you will see green shipping containers on your left further up, knowing you've taken the correct turn.

The primary car parking area is in between the two green shipping containers (due to the high winds during storms, we would like to avoid any cars under the trees).

Both barns will then be on the next right-turn you see.

The Croft Farm Escape is equipped with all amenities needed to live your best life. The Croft has a colourful history, having initially started out as home of DeebsDay Music & Arts Festival, ethos of "Everybody Love Everybody". The first cabin of the collection, The Jumble, started out as a DJ booth, spinning records to dancers under the trees. The Forest Yoga Studio had humble beginnings as a ramshackle cinema, streaming 36hrs of David Attenborough - the land called for retreats we listened.
