Details of this retreat

Join us for four nights / five transformative days in the high desert, where you’ll join a small group of women interested in reconnecting to the self through somatic ritual, nature-based healing, and creative therapeutic practices. Led by two licensed therapists, this retreat offers a nurturing space to slow down, feel deeply, and heal intentionally. We'll be drawing on the elemental wisdom of earth, air, fire, and water to guide our process of inquiry. There will be delicious food, luxurious accommodations in a beautiful natural setting, inspiring activities, and deep, newfound friendships. There will also be plenty of time for rest and relaxation - at the end of the day, this retreat is about YOU!

Every Creative Women Retreats experience is rooted in a nourishing and restorative therapeutic foundation, explored through the powerful lens of creativity. As licensed Creative Arts Therapists, we believe that art and creative expression are gentle yet profound pathways—ways in—to better understand ourselves and connect with others.

This retreat is designed to be supportive, joyful, inspiring, and deeply healing. Whether you're tending to your nervous system, processing loss, navigating relationships, reflecting on career, or simply seeking rest, we aim to hold space for whatever healing means to you.

There is no pressure to do, make, produce, or be anything other than exactly who you are. You are enough—just as you are.

Guided by the natural elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, we’ll explore creative healing through movement, time in nature, art-making, and the nurturing energy of community. This retreat is here to support your unique growth, spark inspiration, and celebrate your self-expression.

Directions

Casa Encantada is just north of downtown Santa Fe, 20 minutes from Santa Fe Regional airport (SAF) and 1 hour from Albuquerque International Airport (ABQ). Flights run to both of these airports multiple times a day, although options are greater in and out of ABQ. Car rental is possible, or there is a reliable shuttle to and from ABQ. Uber/Lyft are available from SAF, or we can pick up for a small fee. If you are flying into ABQ at night, you might want to stay overnight, so you can experience the International Balloon Fiesta in ABQ, coinciding with our retreat. It is also difficult to find transportation at night from Albuquerque or Santa Fe, unless you are renting your own car.
