She came into this life with a mission: Femke is her to make the world a better place. It has been a long journey for her to find out that this looks different for everyone. But she loves guiding you into what it looks for you. With a background in therapy and social work, yoga, travel and a natural curiosity for life, it's a perfect fit for your retreat. From the moment she met with the plant master teacher San Pedro, she knew this was something incredible special and powerful and wants to share this with the world. Combining this with yoga, breath work and intentional workshops, she knows these are the ingredients to create a happier world together. Momentarily she is diving deep into Human Design and loves to share her knowledge with you and integrate this in your retreat.

Marijn

A host like no other, Marijn (or Mario in Spanish) will make you feel at home straight away. This gentle giant will guide you throughout the week during the sacred ceremonies, the vinyasa yoga and breath work sessions. He will be your host for the whole week and a friend for life. His natural curiosity has led him to meet the master plant medicine of Huachuma, the cactus of vision, years ago in Ecuador. He has been diving deep on a personal healing journey ever since and continues to evolve as a natural teacher. He loves to guide others in a fun, joyful and playful way, being an exemplary human by showing the world a healthy sacred masculine energy.

San Pedro is a powerful teacher that can show us new perspectives, insights and healing. Our single ceremony retreat is the perfect introduction to get to know the teacher and get to know what this powerful plant can do for you!

Your retreat begins the evening before ceremony day with a nourishing homemade meal as the whole group of participants come together. This relaxed setting is the perfect start to your single ceremony retreat and allows time for meaningful connections, to already get to know each other and we can answer any questions if there still are any.

Ceremony day starts with a gentle yoga session to align your body and mind. The highlight of the day is the profound San Pedro ceremony, where the sacred medicine helps to reveal insights, heal old wounds, and awaken your true potential.

The day after is dedicated to rest and integration. Start your morning at a slow pace, enjoying a nourishing breakfast with like-minded individuals. Together, we gather for a sharing circle to reflect on our experiences, offering wisdom and support as you process your journey. This retreat is more than a getaway—it’s an invitation to heal, recharge, and transform.

Before the retreat we always plan a video call with you to already get to know each other and so we can answer all of your questions!

Schedule

On the evening before ceremony we welcome everyone from 17.00 and we'll have a nice shared homemade meal together, to get to know each other all ready a bit and talk about your intention.

On the morning of ceremony we start at 9.00 with a gentle yoga and breathing session to calm your nervous system and you get in the best possible state to start the ceremony. We start the ceremony together in a shared prayer, and from there on, everybody finds their spot for the day somewhere on our terrain with many hammocks and terraces or garden. We are here for you to guide you through your journey.

The morning after we finish the retreat with a shared breakfast and an integration circle where we share our experiences from the day before.

This all is held in a warm and loving environment, so you get the best out of your experience with the master plant teacher San Pedro.

Directions

Just for orientation: we are about 10 minute drive from the beach, nestled in the mountains of Granada province in Southern Spain. Málaga is the nearest airport and is about an hour and a half drive from us. We recommend renting a car (we like Malagacar) and we can support finding other guests coming in, to possibly share a car. Because we are off grid, you might like a car that like dirt roads (the last 6 km are a dirt road). You can also take the bus to Motril, and we'll pick you up there.

Accommodation

This little resort offers 3 apartments with different options: private room or come as a couple and have your private house. Every house has a living room, fully equipped kitchen (meals will be prepared for you though), neat bathrooms and cute little terraces and chill places everywhere. With our big garden terrain, you can journey connecting with nature or in the comfort of your own space.

Amazing experience. From the plant medicine, the serene place & environment, the wonderful souls leading the ceremony and participating. This is the right place if you are looking to connect with spirit of the plant medicine, the nature, while being srounded by wonderful souls.

Amazing experience

I had the most wonderful retreat week. The ceremonies, the activities and the food was all amazing. I felt very safe and seen with the hosts. The place is wonderful, in the quiet mountains with a beautiful garden and a very nice apartment with heating. I can't imagine a better place for a San Pedro experience. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing life changing retreat

I can t thank Femke and Marjin enough for what they gave me on this retreat truly truly life changing. I ve been doing Ayahuasca on and off for 10 years and had some amazing breakthroughs and journeys. I was on the way to Columbia to do a retreat in the rainforest and I had a calling to do San Pedro before. After finding Taita on Retreat Guru I just knew I had to go.
After a fabulous chat with Marijn who answered all my questions and his beautiful energy I was left in no doubt.
Femke and Marjin have created such a beautiful place for healing in the cou tryside a paradise that felt like coming home. The kundalini yoga with Femke before the ceremony was amazing opening up the body to recieve the medicine and my day with San Pedro was utterly profound. Truly the best thing i have ever done helping me to access deep trauma that I hadn t realised I still carried. I felt completely safe and protected to release everything inside of me that I hadn t been able to ever do before. I can t thank Femke and Marjin enough for the love they showed me and the support they gave me when I needed it most!!!! Wandering in nature and recieving this powerful medicine I ve never felt so free. That day I found my power and my life has been forever changed.
The accommodation is top notch and the food was divine Marijn is a food god!!!
I feel truly blessed to have had this experience and so happy to have met two other beautiful souls who journeyed with me Gabby and Miko. Thankyou also for the support and love.
