About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Do you feel the call to slow down, reconnect, and open your heart to the wisdom of our inner and outer landscapes? Are you looking for a space where ancient plant medicine and integrative therapies come together to help you to reconnect to yourself on a deep level and to embody the teachings you have received?
Our Wachuma Reconnect Retreat is an invitation to step into stillness, movement, contemplation, laughter, and silence, allowing the sacred medicine of Wachuma (San Pedro) to guide you back to your essence. Wachuma is a master plant that teaches us through the heart, bringing deep healing, expansion, and connection to ourselves and the world around us.
This retreat is a gentle yet powerful journey, where we combine the medicine’s wisdom with Inner Child therapy, helping you to process emotions, uncover hidden patterns, and integrate your experience in a lasting way.

A Deeply Guided & Integrative Experience
Your preparation begins before your arrival, with an online Inner Child session to help you connect to yourself and your intentions for the retreat. Once you arrive, you will be welcomed into a nurturing space where everything is designed to support your process with care and presence.

Day 1: Grounding & Preparation – After arrival, you will be guided through the second Inner Child session, helping you to go deeper in your personal process, open your heart and prepare for your journey. You’ll have time to rest, reflect, and enjoy nourishing meals, allowing yourself to settle into the experience.

Day 2: Wachuma Ceremony – The ceremony begins in the morning, unfolding throughout the day with moments of stillness, movement, music, nature connection, and deep introspection. There will be a nourishing soup and something light in the evening to eat. We close the ceremony with an action of gratitude to Pachamama and the Apus (Mountain Spirits), followed by a quiet evening for integration.

Day 3: Integration & Closing – The morning begins with a group sharing and after that we complete your retreat with an Inner Child integration session, helping you to understand and anchor your experience.

Throughout the retreat, we hold space for organic flow, you are encouraged to move, rest, or reflect as needed. Whether through deep silence, laughter, walks in nature, or quiet moments by yourself, Wachuma will continue working within you, helping to reconnect you with your inner wisdom and the world around you.
This retreat is perfect for those who wish to experience Wachuma in an intentional and supportive space, while also engaging in therapeutic practices that enhance self-awareness and emotional healing.

Starting day: Friday, and sometimes on a Wednesday. If this starting day does not fit with your schedule please send us a message.
After your retreat, you will have the possibility to be part of an online integration community. You will receive the link to the community via e-mail after your retreat has concluded.
