* 6-7:30 pm: Sacred Opening Ceremony. "We begin our journey together with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, an ancient Mesoamerican tradition to facilitate connection and intention-setting. This will be followed by a guided meditation and immersive sound bath to wash away the travel fatigue and align as a group."

* 12:30 - 4:30 pm: Cenote Adventure & Breathwork. "We'll journey to a sacred cenote for an unforgettable experience. This includes an introduction to breathwork techniques tied to freediving, teaching you to calm your nervous system and hold your breath safely, followed by time to swim and connect with the powerful energy of these natural wells."
