🌿 Sample Itinerary: Living Your Wild and Precious Life
Each morning begins with a nourishing breakfast prepared by your local host family. Then you’ll journey to the Eponicity Farm—your place of reflection, nature, and partnership with the herd. Each day aligns with one of the four directions of the Medicine Wheel, supported by equine-assisted coaching, nature immersion, river time, guided meditations, and lunch.
🌀 Day 1 – East (Spring / Air / Vision & Possibility)
Arrive at the farm, meet the horses, and set your intention for what’s emerging. In this phase of renewal and clarity, we’ll invite vision, fresh perspective, and possibility into your field. An equine session opens the direction; a swim in the river refreshes; the afternoon closes with a meditation to anchor what you’ll step into.
🔥 Day 2 – South (Summer / Fire / Expression & Vitality)
Today we embody the energy of fire: vitality, joy, engagement. Through horse-supported work and guided nature walks, you’ll explore where your spirit wants to express, and where you may have dampened your voice. Lunch is followed by a reflective river moment and journaling on what lights you up or what dimmed your glow.
🌊 Day 3 – West (Autumn / Water / Release & Transformation)
The West invites deep reflection, release, and integration. With the herd as allies, you’ll explore the currents of emotion, endings, and what’s ready to compost into new growth. Time at the waterfalls gives you nature’s mirror. A closing meditation helps you release what no longer serves.
🌲 Day 4 – North (Winter / Earth / Wisdom & Visioning)
In the stillness of the North we gather the threads. Using the horses and nature’s rhythm, we explore your next phase—rooted in clarity, grounded in purpose. Your integration session helps you craft a practical plan for what’s next. After lunch, we close the retreat circle, leaving you more aligned, calm, and ready to live your wild and precious life.
