9.30 - 10.30 Silent self contemplation/beach walk.
10.30 - 12.30 1:1 Therapy or personal guidance (Kinesiology, emotional regression, energy work, massage, somatic workshop)
13.30 - 16.30 Lunch/siesta/quiet time
16.30 -17.00 Time to share with light refreshment/teas
17.30 - 18.30 Creative activity/Sunset walk/Excursion
19.30 - Dinner
(This is an approximate itinerary. Guests can expect to have approximately 1.5 hours of 1:1 therapy, a group workshop, a daily informative talk about wellbeing/nutrition, integrative coaching, light morning or evening yoga stretching, a daily walk, an excursion every few days, paella cookery class, learn techniques to self calm, heal and rejuvenate.
