Lisanne is a passionate health professional whose goal is to help others create a happy, healthy, fulfilling and purposeful life. As an experienced Retreat Host, Hypnotherapist, Sound Bath Facilitator and Yoga Teacher, she offers a unique approach to personal growth and relaxation, balancing the body & mind.
With her deep knowledge of Hypnotherapy, Sound Therapy, Yoga and alternative therapies, she organises Day Retreats and Relaxation Sessions where participants can enjoy the harmonious combination of Sound Concert with Singing Bowls, Yoga, Meditation, Mindful Hikes and/or Ceremonial Cacao.
