Matilde Emili has dedicated her life to movement, exploring every nuance of it. Born as a competitive athlete in gymnastics and equestrian vaulting, she then deepened her connection with the body through contemporary dance and physical theater, studying between Italy and London. She has been practicing yoga since the age of 14, integrating it into her daily life as a tool for balance and inner growth. After her first 250-hour training in Yoga and Medicine in 2020, specializing in Vinyasa, she continued her journey in 2024 with the study of Kundalini Yoga. Her teaching style is born from the encounter between different disciplines, combining the fluidity of dance, the body awareness of physical theater and the depth of yoga. Her sequences are a dialogue between breath and movement, a dynamic flow that follows the needs of the body in a free and conscious expression. In addition to yoga, she has gained significant experience in meditation and mindfulness practices, tools that she integrates into her sessions to promote a balance between body and mind. His vision is based on a holistic approach, in which movement is not only a physical expression, but a real interior language.

For over thirty years Alfonso has been involved in neuropsychiatry, treating patients and not diseases, with empathy without compassion, trying to understand rather than classify. In April 1986 Alfonso graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Turin. In the same year he deepened his interest in complementary disciplines by attending the School of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture. He later obtained a Specialization in Neurology at the University of Turin and followed a specialization course in Psychopathology and Forensic Psychology. Since 1990 he has worked at the Cottolengo Hospital in Turin, where he contributed to the foundation of the Neurology Service, of which he assumes responsibility. In this context, he carries out neurological, neurophysiological and psychiatric consultancy activities. From 2011 to 2016 he held the Brain Aging course at the Agorà Post-University School of Anti-Aging Medicine in Milan and since 2017 he has been Head of Neurogeriatrics at the Santa Caterina da Siena Clinic in Turin, continuing his clinical and research activity in the field of neurology and neurodegenerative diseases.

Of Russian origin, Anna Kostina is a certified Yoga and Yoga Face teacher, specialized in natural rejuvenation practices. With a 500-hour training, she has studied different styles of yoga and organized retreats with various teachers. Today she teaches Kriya Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga, integrating Yoga Face into her practice, an innovative discipline that connects posture, facial expression and energetic balance, representing a powerful natural alternative to cosmetic surgery. Attracted by anti-aging practices, she has studied advanced techniques learned from the best Russian teachers, including Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage massage for the face, osteo-rejuvenation, postural yoga and bio-cosmetology. Her approach is holistic and integrated, based on the connection between body, mind and vital energy. According to body therapy, the face reflects the emotional tensions accumulated in the main energy centers, linked to internal states such as fears, low self-esteem or guilt. Through essential oils, body practices and reflexology, it guides paths that harmonize these blockages, restoring energetic balance and inner well-being.

Ron grew up in New York in the 1960s, a time of cultural and spiritual awakening that sparked his passion for music, creativity, and the exploration of consciousness. In his early twenties, he discovered Yoga, becoming a student of Swami Satchidananda, and later deepened his studies of Tarot, Hermetic Philosophy, Qabalah, and meditation. His deep connection with the breath became the core of his practice and teaching. A four-year forced retreat in Italy as a political-spiritual prisoner brought greater clarity to his life purpose, bringing him closer to the performing arts, where he found his true home. For two decades, he lived in Amsterdam, directing Cloud Chamber, an international dance-theater company, and immersing himself in somatic practices, dance, experiential psychology, and mindfulness. In 2020, he founded LALA - Life Arts Learning Academy, a nomadic school that integrates his teachings on storytelling, relationships, vibrational medicine, and movement. Since 2021, he has been a Senior Alchemist Inner Journey Trainer with Alchemy of Breath and ASHA, continuing his work internationally as a mentor, creative coach and gong facilitator.
