About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Has menopause been a disruptive force in your life?  Are intimate relationships feeling more stressed and distant?

Are you more tired and irritable? Depressed? Would you rather live in gratitude, creativity and contentment?

You are not alone.

Menopause is misperceived as an end-of-vibrant-life sentence, rather than the beginning of a new chapter suffused with hope and creativity. Menopause is a natural part of a woman’s experience in life.

Use this Weekend Workshop to reframe your relationship with it, and live your life with more vitality and joy while you shed the tropes that no longer fit!

Combining all the yogic practices in Yogaville, you can partake as much as you like. Morning, noon and evening meditation, yoga class to fit your level, healing and vegetarian foods to feed your body, downtime to explore the grounds.

Add creative journaling, guided meditation, sound healing, and discussions on the science and discoveries of this profound time of life, navigate relationships in a safe and caring environment, reimagine the Crone and the gifts this wisdom being offers. You will find a new way of being with your Self in this Third Stage of Life.

Join us as you discover your unique being through your menopause journey. Learn new nutrition suggestions, cope with stress, find a balance between self-care and life responsibilities and reframe how powerful and wonderful it is to be an elder wise woman in our society.
