Testimonials:
Jane explains and instructs this ancient and recently proven technique for improving brain health and memory in an easy “user-friendly” way. She makes it accessible to anyone at any age, even if they’re not into Yoga or meditation. The importance of sharing this technique is obvious and Jane’s commitment and personal story make her a wonderful instructor. - Dr. Susan Pataki, founder of Sanibel Yoga
Jane is a great facilitator! I learned a lot and found the information shared very interesting. The data on improving brain activity is amazing. I found it relaxing. I will definitely be using the calming techniques. - Jenny B, workshop attendee
So great to be part of your session, Jane.  I learned so much that was totally new (and reassuring!). . . as well as new and creative versions of some things I've done for years. - Lynn, workshop attendee
Truly a gift to have Jane share her knowledge and wisdom of yoga for the brain with many teachers and students at our studio. With so much being studied on the benefits of yoga and its preventative care, it's wonderful to have teachers like Jane sharing this information in a comprehensive and experiential way. - Jacqueline White-Morrison, studio owner, Long Island Yoga Center
