About this Retreat
Details of this retreat
What if during this weekend you could set some of it down — the tension in your body, the emotions you've been pushing away, the beliefs that quietly tell you you're not enough, or aspects of your relationships that feel unresolved? What if you could leave feeling genuinely lighter?
That's what this program is for.
What You'll Experience
Over two days, Morganne and Mitra will guide you through a rich set of yogic practices — carefully chosen to both release what weighs you down and invite in something clearer, warmer and more alive. You don't need any prior experience. You only need a willingness to show up.
The weekend includes:
Yoga Nidra and guided meditation — deep rest and recharging that clears mental noise and brings you fully into the present
Sacred sound and chanting — experience how sound vibration shifts energy in the body and creates inner stillness
Heart opening practices — heal and soften relationships, cultivate gratitude, and reconnect with the love that is your true nature
Working with difficult emotions — learn to meet and release emotions rather than suppress or be overwhelmed by them
Transforming core beliefs — identify the hidden stories that create disharmony and discover new ways of seeing yourself, others and the world
The witness practice — step back from reactivity and find a place of steadiness within yourself
Deep breathwork — a simple, profound technique you can use every day to calm your nervous system, restore your energy and quiet the mind
By Sunday afternoon you'll have not just knowledge, but real experience — because we practice everything together. You'll leave with tools you can actually use in your daily life.
Who This Is For
This weekend is for you if you've been feeling tired, stressed, stuck in old patterns, or simply longing for more peace and joy in your daily life. No yoga experience necessary — only an open heart. Come as you are. Leave lighter.
