Tiffany has spent the majority of her adult life as a digital nomad. She has lived in many U.S. states, most recently Hawaii, and has been working towards being a homesteader and organic farmer for some time. Tiffany has been devoted to living a holistic based lifestyle since her 20’s, at which time she had an awakening about the dangers of a modern lifestyle.
She carries many certifications in order to deepen her knowledge and be of service to others on their healing path, including:

Begin your Costa Rican journey with a scenic tour through some of the country's most breathtaking landscapes. Your round-trip transportation from San José International Airport is more than just a transfer—it is your first opportunity to experience the incredible diversity and beauty of Costa Rica.
Travel along the coastal route while taking in views of lush mountains, winding rivers, cascading waterfalls, and the Pacific Ocean. Along the way, we’ll stop in Jacó to enjoy a beautiful ocean overlook, followed by a lunch stop in the vibrant beach town of Dominical where you’ll have the freedom to choose from a variety of local restaurants.

Bath House Experience
Relax and recharge in our peaceful bath house featuring a near-infrared sauna, deep soaking tub, and rainfall shower. The gentle warmth of the sauna helps ease muscle tension, support circulation, and encourage deep relaxation. Then soak in our nature-surrounded tub, allowing the sights and sounds of the landscape to create a peaceful moment of restoration before refreshing beneath the rainfall shower.
Full-Day Local Excursion
A trip to Costa Rica wouldn’t be complete without experiencing its beautiful coastline. We’ll arrange transportation to a nearby beach for a relaxing day of swimming, exploring, and soaking up the tropical scenery.
Enjoy a picnic lunch by the ocean, fresh coconuts, and plenty of time to unwind, play in the waves, or simply relax beneath the tropical sun before returning to the retreat.
Farm Tour & Homestead Experience
Step into the rhythms of farm life with a hands-on experience at our regenerative homestead. You’ll learn how sugar is traditionally made from our own sugarcane—starting with harvesting and cutting the stalks, then pressing the cane to create fresh, mineral-rich sugarcane juice.
This experience connects you with the land, the traditions of Costa Rican farming, and the simple joy of creating nourishment directly from nature. Your reward? A refreshing glass of freshly pressed sugarcane juice, naturally sweet and full of minerals.
Evening Celebration
Join us for a joyful final evening as we celebrate the growth, connections, and experiences shared throughout the retreat. As a fully stocked apothecary and regenerative farm, we have an abundance of fresh herbs, spices, and botanicals to craft delicious, nourishing elixirs for you to enjoy.
