You'll detox and nourish your body with a plant-based diet, awaken your spirit through dance and faith care, cleanse deeply with fresh juices and herbs, and embrace the 8 natural laws of health—all while gently releasing toxins, wastes, and stress while restoring your inner balance.
  • At our 10-day retreat, look forward to a guided detox fast, cleansing, renewing and rejuvenating your body with our 28-year tried and true juice detox program. Our purposefully crafted, nutrient-dense juices and herbs are designed to cleanse your system, detox your body, stimulate your immune function, and revitalize your energy. This detox encourages the shedding of toxins and wastes matter from your cells and colon and physical rejuvenation to help you revitalize, reset and recharge. You are immersed in juicing, herbal teas, cleansing, different healing modalities, and sweating for the first 8 days. After the intense detoxing, you are fed delicious raw meals to help reset your body for the last three days.
  • Along with detoxing your body, you have the opportunity to engage in faith-based talks and exercises, learn and/or renew healthy lifestyle practices through cooking classes, herbs classes, workshops, journaling, and fun group activities. See additional details:
  • From engaging food preparation classes to tailored therapies and insightful classes, every aspect is designed to support your growth and healing journey. The inclusion of biblical hygienic principles (nutrition, water, exercise, oxygen, trust, moderation, sunshine) adds a unique spiritual dimension to this holistic experience. Here's a glimpse of what you will experience on a daily basis:
  • Diet: You’ll enjoy a curated menu of cleansing, plant-based juices, herbal teas designed to support your liver, kidneys, microbiome, and gut detoxification. We also incorporate organic vegan meals, and sea moss to energize and restore. We also have cooking classes to teach you how to maintain a healthful diet.
  • Movement & Body Work: Each day includes some type of gentle movement such as stretching, nature walks, dance or light fitness to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow; vital to the detox process. There’s also optional bodywork like colon cleansing and hydrotherapy.
  • Mental & Emotional Wellness: We hold space for journaling, breathwork, and group discussion. Detoxing isn’t just physical; it’s also about releasing stress, limiting beliefs, and emotional blockages.
  • Spiritual Reset: If you’re open to it, this retreat includes grounding rituals, intention setting, morning devotions, games, and mindful practices that help you reconnect with your purpose, passion, and inner peace.

Juices (Days 1–7): Enjoy fresh, energizing juices tailored to support your detox journey.
Nutritious Breakfast (Days 8–10): Savor wholesome meals as the retreat transitions into its closing phase.
Digestive Walk: Take a calming stroll to enhance digestion and connection with nature.
Therapy Sessions:

A personalized therapy session is provided daily by a skilled hygienist. Designed to address your unique health conditions, these sessions are followed by recommended rest to maximize their benefits.
Juice & Learn Cooking Class:

Participate in hands-on culinary workshops, empowering you with the skills to prepare nourishing meals back home.
Afternoon Activities:

Stroll or Optional Outing: Reconnect with nature on a peaceful walk or opt for a local exploration.
Juice (Days 1–7): Continue your detox with a refreshing juice.
Dinner (Days 7–9): Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared evening meal as the retreat winds down.
Evening Wind-Down:

Therapy, Fun & Tea: Engage in a soothing therapy session, a flavorful exciting juice, laugh a little or a lot in a group activity, followed by calming herbal tea to prepare for a restful sleep.
Special Weekend Excursion

Spend the a day or two sightseeing and exploring local offerings.
Just a note: the detox retreat is intense. The most intense part is the juicing and herbal drink schedule, which is well designed to get results. However, this schedule ensures a seamless blend of nourishment, rest, relaxation, and enrichment, guiding participants through a comprehensive detox experience.
