Hi, I’m David de Benito, founder of SwimFIT.
I’m a professional swimmer with a university education in Physical Activity & Sports Sciences, and Psychology from the U.S. With more than a decade of coaching experience across babies, children, and adults, I’m here to help you swim smarter, move better, and enjoy your journey to fitness.
I’ve competed professionally for over 7 years, training under elite coaches from around the world. This experience gave me a deep understanding of technique, mindset, and high-performance training—knowledge I now use to guide others.

Directions
To reach **SwimFIT Retreat Siargao**:
1. **Fly to Manila (NAIA)** or **Cebu (Mactan Airport)**, then connect to **Sayak Airport (IAO)** in Siargao via a **2-hour flight** from Manila or **1-hour flight** from Cebu.
2. From **Sayak Airport**, it's about a **30-minute drive** to SwimFIT Retreat Siargao. Transfers will be arranged with the retreat.
Make sure to book domestic flights in advance!
