👇👇👇 The Art of Safe Connection is a three-day Somatic Tantra Retreat created to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and experience connection that feels grounded, respectful, and real.

This retreat is not about pushing boundaries or forcing vulnerability. It is about learning how connection feels when your body knows it is safe.

What Makes This Retreat Unique

This retreat combines Somatic Tantra with SOMA® Breathwork, offering both relational and nervous system support.

Somatic Tantra helps you develop body awareness, self-trust, clear boundaries, and authentic communication in connection with others.

SOMA® Breathwork works directly with the nervous system, supporting stress regulation, emotional release, and a return to calm presence.

Together, these approaches help connection shift from something you try to do into something you can feel naturally.

All practices are guided step by step, with consent, choice, and pacing at the center.

Transformational coach, SOMA® Breath facilitator, and somatic practitioner supporting people in calming their nervous system and reconnecting with their body so intimacy and connection can grow naturally.

Together, we create a space that is safe, grounded, and deeply human.
