Settle in, explore the retreat, or take a short stroll to beautiful Benirrás Beach
Restaurants are open nearby for lunch or dinner
First Day - Sunday
Self-serve breakfast at your leisure
10:00 - 10:15 Introductions on the yoga deck where you will meet the Teacher(s) and get to know your fellow yoga students.
10:15 - 12:15 Morning Yoga Session, we will take things slow to loosen you up for the following week
12:30 - 13:00 Vegetarian Lunch served buffet style on the terrace
Evening: Head down to the beach to experience the famous Benirrás sunset and drumming session – a local tradition and highlight of the week
Monday to Friday
Each day follows a relaxed but nourishing routine:

10:00 - 12:00 Morning Yoga Session, each day the teacher will guide you though a journey to deepen your own practice
12:30 - 13:00 Nutritious Vegetarian Lunch served post-class on the terrace

Mat Pilates All Levels is a full-body, core-focused workout that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners, each class offers modifications to support and challenge everybody.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues through long-held, passive poses. It promotes relaxation, flexibility, and emotional release, making it a perfect reset for body and mind.
Ecstatic Breathwork is a dynamic, transformational practice that uses intensified breathing to access altered states of consciousness and emotional release. It awakens the body's energy, clears blockages, and connects you to deep inner wisdom.
Past Life Regression is a guided journey that taps into the subconscious to explore memories from previous lifetimes. It offers insights, healing, and clarity on current life patterns, relationships, and emotional blocks.
Vinyasa Yoga All Levels is a flowing, breath-linked practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With options for everybody, each class encourages presence and personal growth on the mat.
Optional Afternoon Classes with Chris:
Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday Chris offers afternoon (5-6pm) Meditation followed by gentle yoga on the deck.

Additional Yoga Deck Activities Info:
We host a variety of experienced practitioners throughout the year who offer a range of holistic therapies to our guests. These include group meditation, hypnotherapy, private yoga sessions, sound healing, and more—available exclusively to our yoga retreat guests. These are spontaneous ceremonies we hold on our yoga deck, Please enquire if we will have a practitioner onsite during your specified yoga week. Amber is a practitioner who will be hosting from July to September. Please note that while we are planning for her to offer optional additional activities, her arrival is not guaranteed. However, the morning yoga classes—the core of the retreat—will definitely be provided as scheduled, regardless of any changes.

Massage: We can arrange for you to have a massage on your final night with us. Please speak to the manager to arrange this.
Private Yoga Classes - we will have expert teachers onsite who are available to book for one-on-one yoga classes.
