About this Retreat
Manuela - Yoga Teacher
Born in Puglia, Italy, Manuela discovered yoga in 2006 during a period of study in Germany. Since then, yoga has been the guiding thread of a journey that led her to practice across different countries, cultures and traditions, under the guidance of international teachers.
Among the many styles explored, it was in Vinyasa and Jivamukti Yoga that she found her home - dynamic and fluid practices that allow the body to move in harmony with the breath turning each sequence into a moving meditation.
in 2014, she moved to Bologna and continued her training with Vinyasa Yoga Bologna, participating in workshop with renowned international teachers. In 2019, she depended her practice with a Teacher Training at Sangye Yoga School in London, led by Cat Alip- Douglas.
Details of this retreat
Immerse yourself in the timeless charm of southern Italy with this three-day yoga retreat set in a lovingly restored masseria in the heart of Apulia. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and the scent of Mediterranean herbs, this experience is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and nourish your body and soul.
Each day includes morning and evening yoga sessions led by an experienced and heartful teacher, designed to restore inner balance and cultivate presence. In between, you’ll have time to rest, read, explore the surroundings, or take part in optional experiences such as horseback riding, olive oil tastings, or sunset boat excursions.
