The schedule has been designed to accommodate people of all fitness levels. Before the course begins, we send out a detailed health and nutrition questionnaire to assess fitness levels and tailor the program accordingly.
7:00 AM: Wake Up Workout. Start your day with the FitFarms Wake Up Workout, held before breakfast. Scientific studies show this is the optimal time to burn body fat, as your body is in a naturally fasted state with lower insulin levels. This helps burn fat more effectively and improves insulin response, keeping blood sugar levels under control while reducing the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
8:30 AM; Breakfast at FitFarms. Breakfasts are nutrient-dense and designed according to our nutritional therapists' macronutrient guidelines. You'll enjoy the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats with a mix of hot and cold options. Dishes include breakfast smoothies, organic buckwheat pancakes, baked avocado with egg, and the ever-popular healthy FitFarms cooked breakfast.
9:15 AM: Countryside Walk. Immerse yourself in nature with a countryside walk, one of the highlights of the FitFarms experience. Walking improves cardiovascular fitness, strengthens bones and muscles, enhances muscle endurance, and boosts energy levels. The scenic surroundings will inspire you and positively influence your mindset.
12:15 PM: Lunches at FitFarms are varied and vibrant, ranging from hearty soups to colorful, nutrient-packed salads. These meals provide the energy and nutrients you need to stay energized and focused for the afternoon activities.
1:15 PM: Burn Body Fat. Food Relationship Workshop. This two-part workshop is designed to: Teach you how to burn body fat effectively, ensuring you engage in exercises that deliver the results you want. Help you improve your relationship with food, addressing emotional eating, binge eating, and comfort eating.
2:15 P: Pilates at FitFarms trains the body as an integrated whole. Sessions focus on strengthening the lower body, upper body, and core, improving flexibility, balanced muscle development, and joint range of motion.
3:30 PM: Mindset and Wellbeing Workshop. This interactive and immersive workshop empowers you to develop key skills, including emotional intelligence, self-regulation, self-esteem, and resilience, enhancing your overall mindset and wellbeing.
4:30 PM: Strength and Conditioning. This session focuses on strengthening both major and supporting muscles. The exercises aim to increase mobility, correct posture, stabilize joints, and enhance coordination, leaving you feeling strong and balanced.
5:45 PM: Dinner at FitFarms is designed to inspire healthy eating. Expect a variety of classic and modern dishes, such as courgette spaghetti with smoked salmon, Thai fish cakes, vegetable or fish chowder, and Mediterranean-style meatballs.
All dietary preferences are catered for, with allergen awareness certified by the Institute of Hospitality.
