About this Retreat
Howard VanEs has been teaching yoga for 27 years and is the author of several books on yoga, including his latest “Yoga for Better Balance.”
Howard has led yoga retreats and workshops around the world and is a former psychotherapist.
He is a graduate of the Mt. Madonna yoga teacher program and has trained in the advanced studies program at the Iyengar Institute in San Francisco.
