Light yoga to unwind from travel
Climbing Clinic 101 - learn knot tying, harness fitting, and belaying basics
Dinner + gather around the fire
Day 2: Skills & Flow
Morning yoga + Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation Workshop
Breakfast
Guided climbing session focused on movement + footwork
Packed Lunch at the crag
Afternoon Climbing Clinic: Topics may include Anchors, Rappelling, Crack Technique, Lead Belaying
Free time to rest, journal, or explore
Restorative yoga
Group dinner + campfire gathering
Day 3: Challenge & Integration
Morning yoga + Workshop: Arm Balances & Inversions (optional and all-levels)

Guided climbing session
Packed lunch at the crag
Climbing Skills Clinic: Efficiency & Multi-pitch Transitions - a chance to build on what you’ve learned, explore new techniques, and reinforce previous skills
Evening Sound Healing Ceremony + closing circle
Final night together under the stars
Day 4: Closing & Departure
Light movement + closing breathwork practice
Pack up and say farewells
Depart by late morning
