About this Retreat
Grace is a certified yoga teacher and experienced climbing instructor who brings together movement, mindfulness, and the outdoors in a grounded, supportive way. Her retreats are thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, nature, and a like-hearted community.
With training in trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices, and mindful outdoor guiding, Grace creates a space that feels welcoming, empowering, and intentionally paced. Whether you're new to yoga or climbing or looking to deepen your practice, she meets you with care, clarity, and a calm presence.
She believes in the power of nature and movement to shift perspective, build confidence, and restore balance. On and off the mat (and the rock), her approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and steady support so you can move at your own rhythm and leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more at home in yourself.
Details of this retreat
This four-day retreat in Red Rock Canyon offers a grounded blend of daily yoga, guided rock climbing, breathwork & meditation, and time in nature. It’s designed to help you reset, reconnect, and move at a slower, more intentional pace.
Each morning begins with yoga to wake the body and clear the mind. Climbing sessions take place in the surrounding canyon and are guided by highly experienced instructors. Whether you’re new to climbing or have experience, the approach is supportive and accessible, with a focus on presence over performance.
Throughout the day, you’ll have space to rest, reflect, journal, or explore the natural surroundings. Meals are fresh, wholesome, and prepared at camp, offering time to connect, share, and nourish yourself in a communal way.
In the evenings, we’ll slow things down with quiet time by the fire and gentle restorative movement under the stars. Our peaceful desert campground offers fresh water, restrooms, and plenty of spots to relax and recharge.
This retreat is for those seeking something honest and real: time to be in your body, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature and community. The group is intentionally small to support meaningful connection and a more personal experience.
All camping gear, rock climbing gear, meals, and transportation to and from the campground are included in this retreat.
