Details of this retreat

Baja Breathe & Beyond: A Wellness Adventure.
WHALES, WELLNESS & ADVENTURE

Escape to the wild beauty of Baja California Sur for a transformative journey where adventure meets deep inner connection.
Over 5 unforgettable days, you’ll swim with sea lions, meet gentle whales, hike breathtaking landscapes, and glamp under the stars on a remote island.
You will also be guided in daily well-being & conscious activities, to shift the energy everyone of us needs so much. Each day blends mindful practices, yoga, meditation, conscious activities, ceremonies, and ocean water healing therapy, with good vibes, community, and awe-inspiring nature experiences.

This retreat is designed to help you breathe and enjoy life’s beauty.
We invite you to go beyond: a connection with yourself, others, and the natural world in one of Mexico’s most magical regions.

Schedule

✨ Day 1 — Arrival in La Paz & Welcome Ceremony
You’ll arrive in the charming coastal town of La Paz and settle into our beautiful private villa. In the evening, we gather for a warm welcome ceremony and dinner—getting to know each other, setting intentions, and sharing excitement for the days ahead.

✨ Day 2 — Whale Encounters & Sunset Yoga Magic
We rise early and set out for Puerto Chale, a peaceful village known for close encounters with gray whales. A private boat will take us out to meet these gentle giants—a humbling, breathtaking experience.
After this soulful adventure, we return to La Paz for a grounding sunset yoga session by the sea, followed by a group dinner to share reflections from this incredible day.

✨ Day 3 — Balandra Beach & Journey to Espíritu Santo Island
After breakfast, we begin with a visit to the famous Balandra Beach, where the desert meets crystal-clear waters. Here, we’ll hike, swim, and soak up the magic of this iconic landscape.
From there, we embark on our boat journey to Espíritu Santo Island—known as “The Aquarium of the World.” Along the way, we’ll snorkel in vibrant waters before arriving at our secluded beach camp. We’ll settle in, share a nourishing meal, and flow with a sunset yoga session as the sky turns gold. As night falls, we’ll gather for a cacao ceremony, music, and dance by the fire under a sky full of stars.

✨ Day 4 — Ocean Healing, Marine Safari & Desert Nights
We begin the day with sunrise meditation on the beach, followed by a water healing session in the calm, turquoise sea—floating, breathing, and releasing.
Later, we set out on a marine safari to explore Espíritu Santo’s hidden corners—snorkeling reefs, and searching for dolphins, turtles, and rays. After some downtime at camp, we’ll enjoy a sunset happy hour by the sea, then close the day with a short night hike through the desert, under the glow of starlight.

✨ Day 5 — Morning Flow, Snorkeling with Sea Lions & Farewell
Our final morning begins with a gentle yoga and meditation session, helping us integrate everything we’ve experienced. We’ll gather for playful wellness activities and a heartfelt closing circle before heading out for one last magical snorkel—this time with sea lions at La Lobera.
After a final beach stop and lunch, we sail back to La Paz, hearts full, spirits glowing, and memories to last a lifetime.
