About this Retreat
Your Guides
500hr E-RYT and M. Ed, is the founder and owner of Nectar Flow Yoga and also the mother of two daughters ages 12 and 15. Casie is an experienced educator with a Master’s Degree in Education and 8 years experience teaching grades ranging from pre-K to 11th grade. The majority of her experience is with middle and high school age children.
This school teacher turned yoga teacher will be your guide and go-to during the retreat. Casie will lead the mother and mother/daughter yoga sessions, and give moms tools to connect with and ground themselves, so they can be more available for their daughters.

How is your relationship with your teen/tween daughter? Are you ready to deepen your bond and create memories that will last a lifetime? With the expertise of specialists in their fields, this immersive experience for mothers and daughters is designed to allow you to step out of the traditional “work” role of motherhood to practice yoga, play, and relax with your daughter. Our goal is to deepen your mother-daughter connection while building her self-esteem and independence at this formative time, creating unforgettable memories in the process.
