Originally from Lima, Peru and raised in South Florida, Monica is a soulful guide dedicated to helping people awaken and harmonize the mind, body and breath. As an intuitive coach, she leads both intimate and group sessions designed to open the heart, release stagnant energy and ignite inner vitality. Her work blends emotional release, meditation, movement and Ancient Taoist and Indian practices into an immersive, transformative experience.
Katherine is the owner of Yes, Goddess - a company supporting & uplifting women's health, spirituality & sexuality. She is a pagan practitioner of over 15 years. She specializes in hand-made spell jars, ritual oils, ritual salts and candles.
Ellen is Manhattan & Brooklyn based certified Pilates instructor. She has a passion for helping women build strength, improve posture and move with greater confidence. She brings a thoughtful, body-aware approach to every session, focusing on alignment, breath and mindful moving.
Coach Cat is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer who blends bodywork and therapeutic stretching to help you move with ease, release tension, and feel better in your body. Her sessions combine restorative touch with targeted mobility work, creating a relaxing yet revitalizing experience perfect for retreat guests who want to unwind while improving flexibility and function.
Lisa is a registered nurse with 4 years of experience in critical care and 4 years experience in oncology. She has worked at various wellness studios in Manhattan & Westchester, administering IV therapy. Helping women safely feel & look their best with her expertise and top ingredients is her number one priority.
Barbora is an NYC based beauty & fashion photographer published in Forbes, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and more. She hails from Europe with Czech & Italian backgrounds. She possess an extensive & captivating portfolio with a keen eye for beauty and eccentricity.
Anna is a professional fire performer, stilt walker & hula hooper. She also enjoys sharing her musical talents as a singer & songwriter. In addition to performing, she holds the roles of co-owner & producer of DiiiOTIMA, a boutique live performance company, specializing in burlesque, cabaret & night circuses.
