About this Retreat
Mujer de Medicina (Medicine Woman) - Todos Santos, BCS, Mexico
I’m Ānima, a medicine woman, intuitive healer, and spiritual guide.
I support soulful beings on their path of awakening, healing, and remembering — through ancestral wisdom, medicine music, yoga, body work, sacred art, and ceremony. My work is heart-led and spirit-guided, creating sacred space for deep transformation, connection, and inner peace. Come as you are. Let’s return to the heart together.
Holly Nicole, founder, co-host, yoga teacher, and meditation guide, leads sessions and coordinates retreats that calm the mind and spirit, utilizing her extensive mental health education, creating space for integration, embodiment, and recovery.
The Waking Dream is a transformational collective founded by Holly Nicole, an expert yoga teacher and Advanced Yoga Nidra Professional with more than two decades of experience in mental health, education, and social work. Holly collaborates with a global network of highly trained people—each bringing years of experience in holding safe, trauma-informed, and deeply transformative containers. Together, they are devoted to supporting the full arc of healing: from preparation to integration that is embodied and sustainable.
A central mission of The Waking Dream is to ensure that ritual experiences are surrounded by the care they deserve—emphasizing that the before and after are just as important as what happens during the experience. Participants are guided through a process that includes comprehensive medical and mental health screenings prior to the retreat, ensuring that each journey is approached with discernment, safety, and reverence.
With roots in somatic practice, therapeutic support, and sacred ritual, The Waking Dream offers a space for truth to rise and healing to unfold. These are containers for real transformation—where spiritual depth meets grounded expertise, and where no one is rushed or left alone in their process.

Todos Santos, BCS, Mexico
October 30th – November 4th, 2025
This retreat is intentionally limited to five to seven participants, creating a rare opportunity for deep personal attention, meaningful connection, and a circle of trust where every voice is heard and honored. We created the Ancestral Remembrance retreat experience for you as we drop into two sacred nights with Xanga, a sacred ancestral medicine, guided with integrity and care by Alejandrina Vega Miranda (Anima OM) an experienced carrier, protector and facilitator of Xanga, Psilocybin, Kambo, Rapeh, and Mapacho. Holly Nicole is gaining experience and training as Anima OM's assistant. There will also be one volunteer to assist, keeping this experience well-tended, intimate, and special.
