About this Retreat
Clauthia Rai. Founder & Lead Guide | RaiStone Retreats
Let me start by saying—I don’t believe it’s an accident that you’ve landed here. I believe we are all created with divine purpose, and mine is to help people reconnect to themselves and to one another.
For more than thirty years, I’ve worked in education and leadership, shaping minds and hearts. Now, through RaiStone Retreats, I create sacred spaces for transformation, specifically designed for Black women and couples. These are places where your soul can exhale, your body can rest, and your spirit can rise. My work is about deep connection: to your body, your voice, your story, and your joy.
Known within the RaiStone community as Clauthia Rai., I weave together my background in education, wellness, and intimacy coaching to design fully curated retreat experiences. My work honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Whether guiding a healing retreat for Black women, leading a Black couples' immersion, or hosting a private, tailored journey, my focus is always on creating safety, presence, and authentic emotional connection.
Currently completing certifications in Intimacy Coaching and 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, I blend professional knowledge with lived wisdom and a deep reverence for human experience. My leadership style is grounded, transparent, and heart-led—ensuring that every retreat is a sacred invitation to growth, healing, and wholeness.
I believe that wellness is a ripple effect: when we heal ourselves, we send that healing outward—into our families, our communities, and the world.
“One drop at a time, the ripple becomes the wave.”
