For more than thirty years, I’ve worked in education and leadership, shaping minds and hearts inside classrooms. Now, through RaiStone Retreats, I create spaces for transformation beyond the walls — places where your soul can exhale, your body can rest, and your spirit can rise. My work is about connection: to your body, your voice, your story, and your joy. Known within the RaiStone community as Rai Thia, I weave together my background in education, wellness, and intimacy coaching to design retreats that honor the whole person — mind, body, spirit, and relationship. Whether guiding a women’s circle, leading a couples’ immersion, or hosting a luxury healing experience, my focus is always on creating safety, presence, and authentic connection. Currently completing certifications in Somatica Intimacy Coaching and 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, I blend professional knowledge with lived wisdom and a deep reverence for human experience. The Art of Connection is a 3-day retreat for couples ready to deepen intimacy and rediscover ease in their relationship.Set in Sedona’s peaceful desert landscape, this experience blends luxury, reflection, and emotional wellness with guided sessions that help you slow down, listen deeply, and truly see one another again.
