Why study with them?
I left my corporate career to follow a more meaningful and health-oriented direction, completing my training in Pilates and Yoga and shifting my focus toward preventive and holistic health.
Today, I support people through nutrition coaching, movement practices, and holistic therapies. My approach combines scientific knowledge with intuitive bodywork to help individuals improve their overall wellbeing and create sustainable health.
In my free time, I enjoy sailing, traveling, Pilates, and continuously deepening my knowledge in health and wellbeing.
