Trauma and Polyvagal Informed Somatic Nervous System Coach & Mindfulness Teacher
About Me
I am a trauma and polyvagal informed life coach, mindfulness teacher, and somatic healer with over 25 years of experience helping individuals heal, regulate their nervous system, restore self-trust, and create lives that feel deeply fulfilling, balanced, and sustainable. To date, I have created over 800 guided meditations, reaching millions of listeners worldwide, and I facilitate private sessions, online programs, and intensive in-person retreats.
My work bridges the gap between advanced neuroscience, somatic healing, and ancient wisdom traditions. I hold advanced certifications in Somatic Attachment Therapy, Somatic Anxiety Therapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Intensive Trauma Treatment. My training includes specialized study with leading pioneers in the field, including Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Pat Ogden, Dr. Gabor Maté, MD, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Dr. BG Mancini, Ann Weiser Cornell, and Dr. Frank Anderson, MD.
In addition to my somatic and Polyvagal training, my background includes extensive certifications across life coaching, Systemic Family Constellations with Dr. Mark Wolynn, clinical hypnosis, past life regression with Dr. Brian Weiss, yoga therapy, breathwork, medical Qi Gong, Reiki (Tummo & Usui), extraordinary vessel acupuncture, and more.
My Journey
My commitment to this work is forged in both rigorous training and deep lived experience. I grew up in Paris, France, in a home marked by severe abuse and dysfunction. At 14, I was removed by social services and adopted by the state. Driven to build a secure future, I graduated with honors from Paris IX Dauphine University with an MBA and launched a high-powered career in international finance. By 23, I was earning a six-figure salary working as a Global Internal Audit Director for Citicorp, Visa International, and American Express, managing operations across more than 65 countries.
Yet beneath the polished corporate exterior, I was struggling. Years of unhealed trauma manifested as disordered eating, chronic illness, dissociation, and intense emotional pain. Recognizing that a shift was vital, I stepped away from the corporate world to dedicate myself fully to the science and practice of deep healing.
Through decades of meditation, intensive inner work, and somatic processing, I resolved my chronic health issues and reclaimed my life. Today, I bring this blend of corporate insight, clinical expertise, and lived wisdom to my clients. My mission is to hold a safe, emotionally attuned space for others as they unwind deep survival patterns, reconnect with their innate wholeness, and embody lasting peace and clarity.
Modalities & Approach
My approach integrates trauma and polyvagal-informed nervous system education, somatic awareness, and evidence-based emotional regulation practices to support lasting personal transformation. Rather than focusing on forced symptom suppression, my work emphasizes physiological safety, embodiment, and sustainable change.
Core modalities integrated into my retreats and facilitation process include:
Somatic Trauma Therapies & Polyvagal-Informed Practices: Utilizing Somatic Experiencing principles, somatic attachment work, and Polyvagal Theory to help participants build internal safety, process and complete stuck chronic stress responses, and support nervous system restoration.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed Approaches: Supporting individuals in identifying, understanding, and integrating protective and wounded emotional parts of the self with compassion.
Mindfulness, Meditation & Breathwork: Drawing from over two decades of contemplative study to utilize breath regulation, yoga therapy, and mindfulness techniques that strengthen presence and emotional flexibility.
Family Constellations & Generational Healing: Exploring intergenerational patterns and relational dynamics that influence current emotional wellbeing, identity, and attachment styles.
Clinical Hypnosis & Subconscious Exploration: Using targeted, gentle regression and relaxation techniques to support behavioral change, processing, and deep-seated insight.
Complementary Mind-Body Practices: Thoughtfully integrating Medical Qi Gong, Reiki, sound healing, and energy-based traditions where appropriate to deepen the mind-body connection and support total systemic relaxation.
