Roz Evans
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Roz Evans is a movement specialist with a lineage that runs from the classical ballet stage to the NRL training ground. As Mobility and Pilates Coach to the Penrith Panthers — four-time NRL premiership winners — the NSW State of Origin Blues, Sydney Swans AFL, and Parramatta Eels, she understands exactly what high-performing bodies need: precision, progression, and the intelligence to know when to rest.
Before the performance world, there was the dance world. Roz trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance, completing her BFA at Queensland University of Technology. That foundation — the discipline, the kinesthetic intelligence, the understanding of form — runs through everything she teaches. She's been teaching movement since 2003.
At the Reformer Residency, you get both sides: the rigour of elite sports coaching, and the sensitivity of a dancer who knows how to read a body in motion
