Amanda Dawn Blackley is a Yoga for Menopause Accredited Teacher and a dedicated yoga and mindfulness instructor with a deep passion for holistic well-being and self-connection. With a background in international sports communication, Amanda has lived in Spain for over two decades, where she has been teaching yoga and mindfulness to individuals seeking balance and healing.
Her yoga journey began while traveling with professional sailing events, using the practice to combat the effects of jet lag, fatigue, and stress. As she explored more subtle aspects of self-awareness, Amanda discovered the transformative power of yoga in supporting physical, emotional, and mental health. This led her to change career paths and share her knowledge with others.
For the past fourteen years, Amanda has been leading workshops and retreats that blend Yin and Yang yoga practices with a focus on emotional and spiritual well-being. Her work focuses on self-care, helping individuals listen to their bodies, adapt to their needs, and cultivate inner trust and calm.
At Moon Jar Retreats, Amanda will guide participants through mindful movement, breathwork, strength training, and deep relaxation techniques to support both physical and emotional well-being during menopause.
