Hi, I'm Gray—an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbalist with a lifelong love for plants that began in my Grandma’s garden and the woods of northeast Georgia. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors camping or relaxing at the beach, often with my three teenage daughters.

I’ve completed a 2-year program and clinical practicum at the Florida Academy of Ayurveda, a 2-year clinical program in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Traditions School of Herbal Studies (where I now teach), and training in Western Energetic Herbalism. By blending these three powerful traditions, I’ll guide you during the Nurture Your Nature Retreat in discovering personalized ways to balance your unique constitution and connect more deeply with nature and yourself.
