About the Teacher
Why study with them?
With over 35 years of expertise in jazz dance, yoga, and Pilates, I proudly own a Pilates Studio in Zug, Switzerland.
As a second-generation Pilates Master, I hold a certification from Lolita San Miguel, a distinguished Pilates Elder and one of the few individuals certified by Joseph Pilates himself.
Additionally, as a teacher trainer for Peak Pilates USA, I have had the privilege of guiding numerous aspiring instructors to become fully comprehensive Pilates professionals.
Throughout my journey, I have trained with exceptional mentors such as Clare Dunphy, Kati Ross Nash, Pamela Garcia, Brett Howard, and many more.
Drawing from my extensive experience—over 40 years in teaching Pilates and training instructors, alongside my background in nutritional counseling and coaching—we embarked on an exciting venture with "Pandanu's" holistic Pilates Oasis.
