Estefania is a certified yoga teacher and sound healer devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom through movement, breath, and vibration.

With a background in both traditional yoga philosophy and somatic healing, Estefania creates deeply nurturing experiences that bring the nervous system back into balance and the soul back into presence. Her unique sessions combine gentle yoga, intuitive movement, sound healing, and breath awareness to help participants release emotional blockages and access a state of deep calm and clarity.

Whether guiding a rooftop sunrise flow, a sacred sound journey, or a co-led breathwork session, Estefania holds space with grace, groundedness, and genuine care—making every retreat feel like a safe homecoming to your body and heart.

She is the co-founder of VibraHome, a transformational center in Valencia, and a key part of the PSI Retreat experience—bringing softness, somatic integration, and feminine wisdom to every moment.
