About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Philosopher and researcher of the human condition from a psycho-spiritual perspective.
Trained in Gestalt therapy (EMTG), integrative psychotherapy and the Enneagram (Claudio Naranjo's SAT program), as well as in music (cello) and dance. Practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga and Meditation within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.

My search is rooted in a critical and compassionate inquiry into identity, and in effortless transformation—one that arises organically. I understand therapy as an encounter with one’s own shadow and limits, a process of deconstructing the image and the behavioural patterns we’ve solidified over time, in order to discover a more authentic way of being—free from internal conditioning.

The spiritual path, for me, is an inward journey that inevitably leads us back outward. We seek within in order to then offer. In this process, meditation is the way.

As a cellist, I participate in various musical projects. I view music as a path of self-knowledge and truth—a symbolic language that allows us to express and share deep inner experiences. It is art, but also spiritual nourishment and a channel for connecting with the divine.

In the same way, I see creativity as a manifestation of spontaneity and awareness. To create is to open oneself to what transcends us, to allow something greater to move through us.

In this silent retreat, I share my experience with the intention of offering a space for exploration and deep listening, where silence, music, and presence guide us on the path back to ourselves.
